Outline of Events

By registering your team for the day, your team of 7 persons will compete in the following events.

Lygon One Lap Dash 

The One Lap Dash is one lap race around the 300 metre circuit. The team with the fastest time determines the winner and the starting position for the  Billy Cart Grand Prix, the main event. There are three change-over locations around the track where pushers are expected to change over. Prizes are awarded for winners.

Main Event

The La Dolce Italia Billy Cart Grand Prix. is a set number of laps around the 500 metre circuit. This is a race against other teams. Each category will have different amount of laps. There are three change-over locations around the track where pushers are expected to change over. Prizes are awarded for winners.

Best Presented Themed Cart Competition

To start off the day there is an opportunity for your team to be judged for best designed/themed  billy-cart award. The areas of Italy that the theme is to be related to are:

- Lazio (Rome)
- Lombardia (Milan)
- Sicily

This event will be judged according to the most creative, outstanding billy cart according to the themes of the day. Prizes are awarded to the winning team.
